The
Lenape Valley Recreation Council, founded as a nonprofit charitable
organization in 1965, sponsors recreational programs for the youth
of our community. The association is dedicated to developing
the qualities of sportsmanship, integrity and self-confidence in our
children. Participants learn the fundamentals of sports while
the rules of good conduct are stressed and self-discipline is
encouraged. Over the last 34 years, the program has grown
considerably and today over 2,000 boys and girls participate in five
leagues.
